The XCT30_Y_1 30-Ton Truck Crane is a mobile truck-mounted crane designed for lifting and material-handling operations across construction, infrastructure, industrial and general engineering applications. The crane combines a 30-ton maximum rated lifting capacity, a 5-section telescopic boom extending up to 43 metres, and a fixed jib that can extend the working boom configuration to 51.3 metres.

The crane is equipped with a high-strength chassis, hydraulic H-type outriggers, a powerful diesel engine and a hydraulic-controlled superstructure. Chassis & Outriggers

The crane uses a high-strength steel chassis with a fully covered walking platform and anti-torsion box-type frame. It is equipped with four H-type hydraulic outriggers and a fifth jack. The outriggers can be operated individually or simultaneously from either side of the chassis and include hydraulic double-way locks and level gauges.

The outrigger span is 5.5 m longitudinally and 6.4 m laterally, providing a stable operating footprint for lifting operations.

Hydraulic & Crane System

The hydraulic system uses a chassis-engine-driven gear pump to operate the lifting, luffing and telescoping functions. A load-sensitive proportional multi-way valve incorporates impact-resistant and anti-cavitation protection, together with an air-cooled hydraulic oil radiator.
