The WS-1000 Egg Tray Production Line is an industrial waste paper recycling and pulp moulding system designed to manufacture moulded pulp egg trays from recycled paper materials. With a stated production capacity of 1,000 pieces per hour, based on 30-hole egg trays, the line integrates pulping, pulp transfer, forming, vacuum extraction and washing into a coordinated production process.
The system includes a 1 m³ hydrapulper for breaking down waste paper into pulp, a pulp pump and agitator for material handling, and a WS-1000A egg tray forming machine constructed with an international 10# channel steel frame and an 8# carbon steel pulp tank. Three forming moulds and three transfer moulds are supplied to support the tray-forming process.
A vacuum pump and air compressor support moulding and transfer operations, while the washing machine and wastewater pump assist with equipment cleaning and water handling.
This configuration is supplied without a drying system. Newly formed trays will therefore require a separate drying process, such as sun drying or a compatible industrial dryer, before packaging and distribution. The production line is suitable for businesses looking to convert waste paper into moulded pulp packaging products.
