Wood Cutting Machine 45 Ton Log Splitter Gasoline Hydraulic Electric Wood Splitter Firewood Processor

This model is powered by a 15 Hp gasoline engine that drives a hydraulic system to produce the splitting force. (The product name also references 'electric'—for clarification about electric-start or alternative electric-drive versions, contact the seller.)

The log splitter provides a maximum splitting force of 45 tons.

The machine accepts logs up to 800 mm in diameter. Maximum log length is not specified in the listing—check with the supplier for available length capacities or configurable table options.

Rated capacity is 8–10 cubic meters per hour, depending on log size, species, and operator workflow.

The machine weighs 320 kg. Use appropriate lifting equipment (forklift, crane, or loading ramp) and secure it properly during transport. Two or more people should not attempt to lift it manually.

Yes. With a 45-ton splitting force, 15 Hp engine, and an 8–10 cbm/h throughput, it is designed for heavy-duty and high-throughput tasks such as firewood businesses, farms, and landscaping.

The product listing indicates CE and EPA certifications.

Regular maintenance includes engine service (oil, air and fuel filters, spark plug), hydraulic oil and filter changes, inspection of hoses and fittings, checking and tightening bolts, and keeping the wedge sharp and free of nicks. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule in the user manual.

When operated correctly it is safe, but always follow the user manual and safety instructions. Recommended PPE includes safety glasses, hearing protection, heavy-duty gloves, and steel-toe boots. Keep hands and body clear of the splitting zone and never bypass guards or safety devices.

Yes—the machine can split both green and seasoned wood. Throughput and ease of splitting will vary by species, moisture content, and log size; green wood may require more force and take longer to process.

The listing does not enumerate included accessories. Many suppliers offer spare wedges, hydraulic hoses, filters, and log cradles. Contact the seller for a parts list, accessory options, and availability.

Warranty and after-sales support are not specified in the provided description. Ask the supplier or dealer for warranty terms, service options, and local support arrangements before purchase.

Yes. The specification lists OEM as acceptable—contact the manufacturer or seller to discuss custom branding, color, feature options, or packaging requirements.

Provide a stable, level surface and sufficient clearance around the machine for safe loading and unloading. Ensure proper ventilation for gasoline engine exhaust. Secure the machine if stationary and follow manufacturer instructions for fuel and hydraulic fluid fill, bleed, and initial setup.

Those specific technical parameters are not listed in the basic description. Contact the seller or manufacturer to request a detailed specification sheet, performance curves, cycle time, fuel consumption estimates, and installation drawings.
