Welldone High Capacity Folding Machine PLC Controlled Facial Tissue Hand Towel Paper Production Line Toilet Paper Making Machine

This production line can manufacture toilet paper rolls, facial tissues and hand towel paper products in a variety of sizes and formats suited for commercial and industrial tissue production.

Typical high-capacity production is listed as 90–110 m/min. The machine speed is adjustable with a range of 0–180 m/min to match different product types and production conditions.

Standard electrical specification is 380V, 50Hz. The installed motor power is 5.5 kW. Confirm local power compatibility and any required transformers with your supplier before purchase.

Finished product diameters: 80–140 mm. Finished product core diameter: 38–48 mm. These ranges support many common toilet roll and towel product formats.

Machine dimensions are 5870 x 2800 x 2207 mm (L x W x H). Allow additional clearance around the machine for feeding, maintenance and material handling when planning floor layout.

Core components include PLC, pressure vessel, motor and pump. Key features: advanced PLC control for easy operation, robust design for long life, flexible production for various tissue sizes, and availability of overseas engineer service.

The line uses PLC control for centralized, automated operation of speed, folding and cutting processes. Many settings are adjustable via the PLC HMI to maintain consistent quality with minimal manual intervention.

The specification lists 4 anvil blades for perforation. Blade and perforation setups are adjustable to produce different perforation distances and sheet lengths; consult the supplier for custom perforation configurations.

Typical consumables include cutting blades, anvil components, drive belts and seals. Wear parts depend on usage and paper grade; suppliers usually offer spare parts kits—discuss recommended spares with your vendor.

Yes — engineers are available for overseas service, which commonly includes installation, commissioning and operator training. Exact terms, duration and costs should be agreed with the supplier prior to shipment.

Single package size is 165 x 155 x 150 cm and single gross weight is listed as 1000 kg. Final shipping dimensions and weight will depend on packing method and any optional accessories.

Regular preventive maintenance includes routine inspection and lubrication of moving parts, timely replacement of blades and wear parts, and electrical/PLC checks. Frequency depends on production volume; follow the supplier’s maintenance schedule.

The line is designed for toilet paper, facial tissue and hand towel grades. It supports a range of paper thicknesses and formats—contact the supplier with your paper specifications (basis weight, ply, roll width) for compatibility confirmation.

The machine includes standard safety protections integrated with PLC control (emergency stops, guards and interlocks are typical). Specific safety certifications and compliance (CE, etc.) vary by model and market—ask the supplier for certificates relevant to your region.

Warranty and after-sales terms vary by supplier and sales agreement. The product listing indicates overseas engineer availability; confirm warranty period, response times, spare parts availability and service terms with the seller before purchase.
