SYS Series Water Shower Sterilizer
 

This series of water shower sterilizer is widely used in the sterilization of sealed large-capacity liquid products (large glass bottle infusion,plastic bottle infusion,soft bag packaging infusion,glass bottle oral liquid,and etc.).Its temperature control is wide (80-126℃),and has rapid heating and cooling function,which reduces the effect to the drug by high temperature sterilization.And because its good temperature evenness control can effectively prevent the packages from deformation,it could also be used for the sterilization of (tinplate packaging, cooking bag packaging)food,functional drinks and etc.Temperature time and F0 dual control meet the requirements of pharmacopoeia.

■The structure is horizontal rectangular shape.

■2 test programs, 5 programmable cycle programs for users to set.

■USB port to download cycle data to memory devices.

■User friendly control system with touch screen display on loading side and touch buttons on unloading side.

■Independent pressure gauges for chamber and jacket on both front and back panel.

This series of autoclave is mainly used for the sterilization of plastic infusion, glass infusion, soft bag infusion , oral liquid, ampules and etc.
