The treatment capacity is 0.5-50 ton/hour,can complete depend on the customer demands. It can effectively get rid of muddy organic matter, iron, manganese and oxide, filter suspended substance, colloid,remained oxygen of microorganism and some of heavy metal ion in the water, reduce the hardness of the water to make all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standard of fresh drink water.

Silica sand filter + Active carbon filter + Sodium ion exchanger
1.The silica sand filter is to filter the particles of different particle sizes in the water according to the depth, the larger particles are removed in the top layer, and the smaller particles are removed in the deeper part of the filter medium.
2.Activated carbon filtration is mainly used to absorb some organism, dissolved air, odor & color matter etc in water. It can also absorb chlorine.
3.Sodium ion ex-changer is mainly used to remove calcium ions and magnesium ions from water to make softened water.
Precision filter
This precision filter is made of stainless steel as a small tank which contains precision filter membrane, it only allows un-treated water go through the membrane, and does not allow any liquid go through another part. so it can filter the un-treated water.
Reverse Osmosis
The principle is that the material and water can't be left through the semi-permeable , which is superior to the osmotic pressure of the solution.Since the membrane, which is superior to the osmotic pressure of the solution. Since the membrane aperture of reverse osmosis film is very small (only about 10A), it can effectively remove dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms and organics in water(up to 97-98%).
Ozone generator
Ozone generator is used to produce ozone and provide raw materials for mixing tower.Ozone can remove the biological degradation of organic matter in water, and improve the biological properties of organic waste water, reduce the COD, color and ultraviolet absorption of organic compounds in the effluent.
Ozone mixing tank
The ozone mixing tank is a kind of water treatment equipment. It is to fully mix water and ozone, thus achieving purposes of sterilization, retaining freshness and avoiding secondary pollution for the producing of mineral pure water.
