Water Bath Pasteurizer Sterilizer Machine for Pasteurizing Pouch Doypack Juice/Milk/Pickles/Sausages/Sauce/Meat Food

The Water Bath Pasteurizer Sterilizer Machine is used to pasteurize and sterilize packaged foods and beverages—such as pouch/doypack juices, milk, pickles, sauces, sausages, and certain meat products—using hot water immersion to reduce harmful bacteria while preserving product quality.

It uses hot water immersion pasteurization, where products pass through a controlled-temperature water bath to achieve the required microbial reduction.

Standard power is 5 kW. Voltage options are 220V, 380V, or 415V and can be customized to meet your local supply and installation needs.

Temperature is adjustable from 1°C to 100°C with high-accuracy controls. VFD speed control and precise temperature regulation let you set required dwell times and thermal profiles for different products.

The machine uses S.S. 304 mesh belts in either spiral or plate types. Belt width options range from 600 mm to 1200 mm to accommodate different product sizes and throughput requirements.

Yes. It's designed for liquid and semi-liquid products in pouches/doypacks (juices, milk, sauces) and can process pickles, sausages, and certain packaged meat foods. For large unpackaged solids or unusual formats, consult the supplier for suitability.

Yes. Dimensions, voltage, belt type/width, and additional modules (such as cooling, drying, or CIP systems) can be customized to match your production line and product requirements.

Optional features include integrated cooling and drying sections, CIP (clean-in-place) systems, additional safety/alarm packages, and tailored control/logging systems. Confirm available options with the manufacturer.

The machine is certified to CE, ISO, and BV standards. Additional or local certifications may be available on request.

The S.S. 304 construction facilitates hygiene. Routine cleaning should include daily rinse-downs and scheduled deeper cleaning. Maintenance includes regular inspection of belts, VFD, heaters, pumps, and seals. CIP systems can be provided to streamline cleaning.

The system provides precise temperature control and VFD speed control to avoid over-processing. Safety options and interlocks (such as over-temperature protection, alarms, and emergency stops) are available and can be included per customer requirements.

Required time and temperature depend on product type, viscosity, fill volume, packaging, and the target microorganism reduction. Your food safety or process engineer can provide validated schedules, and the supplier can help configure the machine to meet those parameters.

Weight is approximately 1500 kg. Overall dimensions (L×W×H) are customizable depending on belt width, additional modules (cooling/drying), and capacity—please consult the manufacturer with your layout requirements.

Yes. Typical offerings include on-site installation, commissioning, operator training, spare parts supply, and after-sales service agreements. Specifics and service levels should be confirmed with the supplier at purchase.

Lead time depends on customization and order size—please contact the manufacturer for current lead times. Warranty terms and durations vary by supplier and should be confirmed in the sales contract.
