Products Description
Pyrolysis is well established technique for decomposition of waste plastic , tires, oil sludge to fuel oil and carbon black in the absence of oxygen. The main advantage of the pyrolysis plant is the reduction in volume of the waste ,at the same time , this project can bring great benefits to people in the context of energy shortages.

Our Advantages
1. The pyrolysis plant can process both waste tires and plastic (including PP ,PE , PS , ABS etc.)
2. No need the catalyst during the whole pyrolysis process.
3. No pollution. The smoke produced will be purified by our dedusting device ,finally reached emission standard.
4. 100% Safety. The pyrolysis reactor is made of Q245R/Q345R boilerplate, which is high pressure and high-temperature resistance that ensure its longer service life. Adding perfect hot seal technology to ensure operation safely.
5. No waste left after the pyrolysis process, the syngas(combustible gas) is recycled into the furnace to heat reactor instead of heating material.
6. It is easier to obtain economic value by recycling waste tires and plastics by pyrolysis process.
7. For 10ton waste tires or plastic , it will take about 24 hours to finish one batch.
8. Provide batch and continuous type pyrolysis plant , we can also customize products according to customers' processing capacity and requirements
Our Service
1. Huayin provides engineering design based on customers’ Help customers choose the most suitable models to recycle the waste.
2. We will send experienced engineer to customer’s site for guiding installation, commissioning and training the workers until the equipment runs stably.
3. Huayin provides one year warranty for each set of equipment and life -long maintenance service.

A waste tyre pyrolysis plant is a facility that uses pyrolysis technology to convert waste tires into fuel oil, carbon black, and other valuable by-products in the absence of oxygen.
The pyrolysis plant can process waste tires, as well as various types of plastics, including PP, PE, PS, and ABS.
Pyrolysis involves heating materials in an oxygen-free environment, causing them to decompose into gas and liquid products, which are then condensed into fuel oil and carbon black.
Advantages include waste volume reduction, no need for catalysts, no pollution due to advanced dedusting devices, and the ability to recycle both tires and plastics effectively.
For processing 10 tons of waste tires or plastics, the pyrolysis process takes approximately 24 hours to complete one batch.
The models range in capacity from 5 tons per day (HY-05) to 30-50 tons per day (HY-30).
Yes, the pyrolysis reactor is made from high-pressure and high-temperature resistant materials, ensuring safety during operation with advanced sealing technology.
The plant can use pyrolysis oil, coal, wood, or natural gas as heating fuel. If using pyrolysis oil, additional oil burners are required.
The noise level during operation is ≤60 dB, ensuring a quieter work environment.
Huayin provides a one-year warranty for each equipment set and offers lifelong maintenance services for all products.
Yes, we can customize the pyrolysis plant based on customers' processing capacity and specific requirements.
Huayin sends experienced engineers to the customer's site for installation, commissioning, and training of workers until the equipment operates stably.
The plant is designed to operate with minimal environmental impact, as it includes systems to purify smoke and recycle combustibles back into the process.
The number of containers required varies by model, ranging from one 40-foot FR and one 40-foot HQ to bulk cargo shipping.
Reactor sizes vary by model, for example, the HY-05 model has a reactor size of D2.2*L5.5 meters, while the HY-30 model has a size of D1.2*L24 meters.
