W-600 Laboratory Biochemistry Urine Test Analyzer

The W-600 measures up to 12 urine components, including LEU (leukocytes), NIT (nitrite), URO (urobilinogen), PRO (protein), pH, BLD (blood), SG (specific gravity), VC (vitamin C/ascorbic acid), KET (ketones), BIL (bilirubin), GLU (glucose) and MALB (microalbumin).

The analyzer can process up to 514 tests per hour, allowing high-throughput workflows for busy laboratories.

The W-600 is compatible with standard 11-parameter and 12-parameter urine dipsticks. Use strips approved by your laboratory and follow the strip manufacturer's instructions for best results.

It uses a photoelectric colorimetric testing principle to detect color changes on urine test strips and provide precise results for each parameter.

The W-600 is designed for routine urine testing. Use freshly collected, well-mixed urine specimens in accordance with standard clinical collection procedures and the instructions provided with your test strips.

Results are shown on a 5.6-inch real color LCD screen. The analyzer can store up to 1,000 test results, including patient ID and test time, for easy retrieval and review.

The W-600 operates on AC 220 V at 50–60 Hz with low power consumption of ≤60 W.

Perform routine quality control using appropriate commercial QC materials according to laboratory protocol (daily or per shift as required). Follow the manufacturer's user manual for calibration procedures and periodic verification to ensure accuracy.

Keep the instrument on a stable, dust-free surface. Clean the strip feeding area and exterior with a lint-free cloth and mild disinfectant as directed in the user manual. Power off before cleaning and contact authorized service for internal maintenance or repairs.

Results are produced according to the colorimetric response of the test strips. Depending on the strip, outputs are typically semi-quantitative or qualitative within the ranges defined by the strip manufacturer. Interpret results in the clinical context and per laboratory guidelines.

Export/printing options are model- and configuration-dependent. Consult the product manual or your supplier for available data export, printing, or connectivity options for your unit.

The W-600 can store up to 1,000 test records, each including patient identification and test time.

Primary consumables are compatible 11- or 12-parameter urine test strips and routine QC materials. Follow strip manufacturers' storage and expiration guidance and maintain an inventory of quality controls and cleaning supplies.

Repeat the test with a fresh strip and properly prepared sample. Confirm strip integrity and expiration date. Run QC materials to verify analyzer performance. If the issue persists, consult the user manual troubleshooting section and contact technical support or your supplier for service.

Warranty terms, on-site training, and technical support vary by supplier and region. Contact the vendor or authorized distributor who supplied the W-600 for details on warranty coverage, installation, user training, and after-sales service options.
