Product Description

The VMC855 Vertical Machining Center is a high-precision CNC machining solution designed for metal cutting, milling, drilling, boring and other machining operations. Equipped with a Syntec 22MA CNC control system, the machine provides accurate positioning, reliable operation and efficient machining performance for industrial manufacturing applications.

The machine features an 800 mm X-axis, 550 mm Y-axis and 550 mm Z-axis travel, providing a spacious working area for machining a variety of components. Its 7.5 kW spindle servo motor is paired with an OKADA BT40 spindle capable of reaching speeds of up to 8,000 RPM, delivering reliable cutting performance.

For improved productivity, the VMC855 incorporates an automatic 24-disc tool magazine, allowing multiple tools to be stored and automatically changed during machining operations. It is equipped with Taiwan linear guides, Taiwan ball screws and NACHI bearings to support smooth movement, stability and machining accuracy.

The machine also includes an automatic lubrication system, heat exchanger, pneumatic components, spiral chip conveyor and three-colour warning light, making it suitable for continuous industrial machining environments.
