VMC1050 Vertical Machining Center

The VMC1050 Vertical Machining Center is a CNC machining solution designed for precision milling and complex component processing. Its three-axis linear rail configuration allows the machine to perform multiple machining operations in a single setup, including drilling, milling, boring, reaming, expanding and tapping.

The machine is suitable for both single-piece and batch production of complex components such as plates, disks, shells, cams and moulds.

The CNC system supports linear and arc interpolation, tool compensation, multiple coordinate systems, program storage, USB/serial program transfer and rigid tapping functions.

Construction & Systems

The machine uses HT300 castings, heavy-duty linear rails and C3-grade ball screws. The X, Y and Z ball screws use a preloaded configuration designed to maintain positioning accuracy during operation.

It is also equipped with a 24T BT40 automatic tool magazine, centralized automatic lubrication, coolant circulation, pneumatic tool clamping/unclamping and a protective enclosure.

Note: The supplied technical parameter section specifies a 7.5 kW spindle motor, while the later standard-configuration parts list states 11 kW. This discrepancy should be confirmed with the supplier before the final quotation/specification is issued.
