The solvent can be recovered at the same time. We can design and produce it as one effect type, two effect type and three effect type according to the different requirements of different customers. The more effects, the more energy saving. The whole system of the fall film evaporator can be automatically controlled by PLC.

FEATURES AT A GLANCE
Fuit juice syrup evaporator concentrator is a vertical sealing device with steam insulation and jacket, which has three
parts:evaporation chamber, heating coil and separator.The feed liquid is sucked into the chamber from the upper part of the evaporation chamber.Heating coil is composed of three to five rows of circular stainless steel pipe, the heating steam within the space of coil, material liquid is heated in a multipolar pump and hydraulic ejector working under low temperature boiling evaporation,evaporation (secondary steam) by the separator separating secondary steam by hydraulic injector in multistage pump discharge under the action of condensation, and form a vacuum evaporation chamber, reduce the evaporation temperature, raised the speed of the evaporation, hydraulic ejector with multi-stage pump, through the pump pressure cooling water pressure into the nozzle, the formation of high speed jet formation of low pressure area in the mixing chamber, and inhalation of secondary steam and condensate together via diffusion tube discharge to water tank, part of the mixed waterIt can also be reused.
