The first step - if you are producing directly from coiled material, you can follow the above process, first place the coiled material on the loading rack, and then drive the sheet through the plating roller to the heating area of the host machine to soften the coiled material and then return to the host machine In the molding area, the plastic sheet is pressed into the cup through the hydraulic cylinder stretching the mold. Finally, the robot grabs the cup and places it on the conveyor belt, or the cup blowing rod blows the cup out and falls to the cup stacker. The cup stacker then sorts the cups, and then counts. The packaging machine packs the cups, the cups are packed and sealed, and the whole process is complete.

You can choose a robot or a cup stacker to collect and organize cups. The price of the robot is higher than that of the cup stacker.

Cups with various diameters and heights of 180 mm can be made by thermoforming machines, such as jelly cups, sauce cups, square lunch boxes, coffee cups, milk tea cups, water cups, etc.

The machine can be divided into two types: hydraulic stretching cylinder and servo stretching. According to the different molding area, it can be divided into 660, 720, 730, 750 and 850 models.
