Product Description
Hydraulic decoiler is used to support coil and doing uncoiling automatically.
Loading car can loading coil and put it on the decoiler automatically.
It adopts a hydraulic cylinder to make the decoiler expandable and fix to inner dameter of coils.
It's equippment with the cantilever.
Motor drive the coil running and can do forward and reverse running as well as do the uncoiling with tension.
The core can ensure the expand range φ 450 mm the coils inner diameter.
It will provide rubber band to ensure the φ 550 mm diameter.

Loading car motor power:1.5KW
Loading capacaity:According to the loading capacity, the decoiler can devide into 5 Tons,8 Tons, 10 Tons,etc.
According to the structure, can devide into horizontal decoiler and vertical decoiler.

1.Hydraulic decoiler can make the coil turn automatically.
That means the hydraulic type can automatically feeding the material into machine,
that can reduce the machine abrasion.But manual decoiler is passive working.
So hydraulic type can save your labor cost and improve work efficiency.
2.Hydraulic type can expand the core to fit the coil diameter by PLC control system.
Manual type need expand and shrink core by hand wheel.
3. Hydraulic decoiler in a high price and manual type is in a lower level.
And usually hydraulic decoiler matched high speed roof sheet roll forming machine to improve machine working speed.
