TYP 850 Horizontal Aluminum Extrusion Press Production Line

The TYP 850 is a horizontal aluminum extrusion press production line designed for efficient, high-quality production of aluminum profiles used in doors, windows, construction and industrial applications.

It is intended for manufacturing door and window profiles, construction profiles, and various industrial aluminum profiles used in building and construction projects.

The production line supports natural gas or electric heating options, allowing selection based on energy costs, availability, and process requirements.

Yes. The system is marketed with energy-saving capability primarily through the choice of efficient natural gas or electric heating systems and an overall design focused on process efficiency.

The TYP 850 is CE and ISO certified, indicating compliance with relevant European safety/health requirements and established quality management standards.

The specification lists 2–5 engineers; exact staffing depends on production scale, shifts, and level of automation configured for the line.

Packaging is either packed in containers or shipped via bulk carrier depending on size. Ports of dispatch are Shanghai and Ningbo. Supply ability is listed as up to 20 sets per month.

The listed single package size is 6000X2300X2500 cm and single gross weight is 15,000 kg. Please confirm packaging dimensions and units with the supplier before shipping, as configurations vary.

Yes. Color can be customized and other configuration options (heating mode, tooling, and production line layout) can typically be tailored to your production requirements—contact sales to discuss specifics.

Production capacity depends on alloy type, billet size, die design, extrusion speed, cooling and puller configuration. Provide desired profile dimensions, alloy, and target throughput so the vendor can estimate capacity and focal parameters.

Most suppliers offer installation, commissioning and operator training as part of the sale or as an add-on service. Confirm availability, scope and any travel or service fees with the vendor prior to purchase.

Warranty and after-sales terms vary by contract. Typical support includes spare parts supply, technical support and maintenance services. Request the supplier's warranty policy and service agreement for full details.

Spare parts and replacement components are normally available from the manufacturer. Regular maintenance typically includes lubrication, inspection of mechanical and hydraulic systems, heater and burner maintenance, and periodic calibration—follow the supplier's maintenance schedule.

Utilities (power, gas if using natural gas heating), compressed air, cooling water/chillers, foundation and crane access will be required. Exact requirements depend on your chosen configuration—request the site preparation and utilities document from the supplier.

Contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor with your required profile types, alloy, desired throughput, preferred heating mode, and site utility info. They will provide a tailored quotation, technical specifications and lead time estimates.
