This milling machine is a light-weight general-purpose metal cutting machine with both vertical and horizontal milling functions. It can mill planes, slopes, grooves and splines of small and medium parts. Widely used in machinery processing, molds, instruments, meters and other industries.
1. The main components such as the base, the fuselage, the work table, the middle slide, and the lifting slide are all made of high-strength materials and processed by manual aging to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.
2. The milling head is equipped with a turret milling head, and the spindle is equipped with manual and micro feed methods, which is convenient and accurate; the milling head can be adjusted within ±45° in the vertical plane to expand the machining range of the machine.
3. There are three kinds of manual feed, motorized feed and motorized fast feed in the longitudinal and horizontal direction of the worktable. Motorized feed can obtain 8 different feed speeds to meet different processing requirements; rapid feed can make The workpiece quickly reaches the processing position, reducing non-processing time.
4. The Z-direction lifting of the lifting platform can be achieved in two ways: manual and mobile, and the manual and mobile are interlocked, eliminating unsafe factors.
5. The X-direction travel of the worktable can reach 800mm, and the X, Y, Z guide rail pairs are super-audio quenched, precision ground and scraped to improve accuracy and extend the service life of the machine tool.
6. The manual lubricating device can forcibly lubricate the vertical, horizontal and vertical screws and guide rails to reduce the wear of the machine tool and ensure the efficient operation of the machine tool; at the same time, the cooling system changes the size of the coolant flowrate by adjusting the nozzle to meet different needs Processing needs.
7. The operating system of the machine tool is suspended on the upper right of the machine tool through the support arm, which is ergonomic and easy to operate; the operation panels are all designed with visual symbols, which is simple and intuitive.
