Tube End Forming Machine Tube Shrinking Machine

It is used to shrink or expand the ends of metal tubes and to form end profiles for joining, sealing or decorative applications. Typical uses include reducing or expanding pipe ends, creating end textures and preparing tubes for fittings.

It can process brass, copper, various alloys, stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum alloys and carbon steel.

Maximum shrinking capacity (diameter) is 150 mm.

Maximum tube contracting length is 5 mm.

Maximum shrinking capacity by thickness is 0.5 mm.

The machine is driven by a 5.5 kW motor. Exact voltage, phase and connection requirements can vary by model and region—please confirm specific electrical requirements with the supplier before installation.

The machine weight is approximately 1500 kg. Specific footprint and foundation requirements depend on model and site—contact the supplier for detailed dimensions and installation guidance.

The machine is semi-automatic: core forming operations are motor-driven while an operator is required for loading, unloading, tooling changes and cycle initiation as defined by the process.

A video outgoing inspection is provided and a machinery test report is available to document performance and acceptance criteria prior to shipment.

Yes. Color is available per customer's request. Tooling, options and other customizations can typically be arranged—contact the supplier to discuss specific requirements.

Specific safety features vary by configuration; typical precautions include fitted guards, emergency stop, lockout procedures and operator training. Always follow the supplier's safety manual and implement appropriate PPE and machine guarding.

Regular maintenance includes keeping the machine clean, lubricating moving parts per the manual, inspecting and replacing worn dies or tooling, checking electrical connections and scheduling periodic motor and gearbox checks. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.

It is suited for industrial metalworking plants, producing decorative textures, shaping stainless steel and other metal pipes, and reducing or expanding pipe ends for assemblies and fittings.

The machine is designed for stable, repeatable forming. Final tolerances depend on material, tube dimensions, tooling and operator setup. The provided test report and outgoing inspection support consistent results.

Spare parts, custom tooling, installation assistance and operator training are generally available from the supplier or manufacturer—please contact them directly to arrange parts, on-site setup and training services.
