TONSEN / Beer Keg Washer Semi Keg Washing Machine

A heavy‑duty industrial keg washer designed to clean beer kegs using hot water and a thermal (burn‑off) system. It is built for high workload environments such as breweries and beverage companies.

The machine uses hot water cleaning with a thermal/burn‑off system and an invert washing method to ensure thorough sanitation of kegs.

The machine is made from stainless steel – available in SUS304 or SUS316 – for corrosion resistance and durability in beverage applications.

Heating can be by steam or electric. Power consumption is in the range of 3–18 kW. Standard electrical supply is AC 380V 50Hz, but this can be customized.

The washer is intended for industrial standard kegs and beverage containers. Specific size compatibility can be confirmed or customized with the supplier—please provide your keg dimensions and valve type.

Throughput depends on chosen cycle parameters (temperature, dwell time) and configuration. Because cycle times vary by cleaning program, contact the supplier with your required kegs per hour to get an estimated throughput.

Overall dimensions are 1000 × 1600 × 2000 mm (L × W × H). Net weight is approximately 350 kg.
