TM-100 Double Colour Sole Moulding Machine for Shoes & Used with Core Motor Component Shoemaking Machinery

The TM-100 is an industrial moulding machine designed to produce high-quality double-colour soles for shoes. It combines adjustable screw speed, integrated heating and a robust electrical motor to support both small workshops and large production lines.

The TM-100 is suitable for a variety of sole materials commonly used in footwear manufacturing, such as EVA, PU, rubber and similar thermoplastic or thermoset compounds. For unusual materials, please consult the supplier for compatibility guidance.

Key specifications include screw speed 100–300 RPM, heating load 6.4 kW, electrical motor 26.11 kW, total connected load 32.51 kW and weight 3800 kg. It is sold as a single item unit.

The TM-100’s total connected load is 32.51 kW and it is intended for industrial electrical systems. Actual voltage and phase requirements (e.g., 3-phase) depend on your region and configuration—confirm precise supply details with your vendor or installer.

The machine is designed to integrate with core motor components used in shoemaking machinery. Whether a core motor is included or supplied separately may vary by seller or configuration—confirm with the supplier at purchase.

The TM-100 is a heavy-duty machine (approx. 3800 kg) and typically requires a reinforced floor or concrete foundation, adequate workspace for mould handling and safe access for operators. Exact footprint and installation clearances should be provided by the supplier or in the installation manual.

Throughput and cycle time depend on mould design, sole size, material and process settings. Because these variables significantly affect output, request sample production estimates from the supplier based on your specific sole designs and materials.

The TM-100 offers adjustable screw speed (100–300 RPM) and adjustable heating controls to set optimal moulding temperatures. Additional process parameters and control interfaces may vary by model or optional configurations—check the product datasheet for details.

The TM-100 should be operated by trained personnel familiar with industrial moulding equipment. Standard safety features typically include emergency stop, guarding and interlocks, but the exact safety package can differ—confirm which safety systems are fitted and ensure operators receive proper training.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning moulds and heating surfaces, inspecting and replacing worn seals and screws, checking heating elements and electrical connections, and lubrication of moving parts. Follow the maintenance schedule provided by the manufacturer to maximize uptime and longevity.

Common spare parts and consumables (heating elements, screws, seals, filters, belts, etc.) are typically available through the manufacturer or authorized distributors. Confirm availability and lead times when purchasing the machine.

Yes — the TM-100 is designed for double-colour moulding and can produce a wide range of colour combinations and designs, subject to mould tooling capabilities. For intricate patterns, coordinate mould design and process settings with your tooling supplier.

Most suppliers offer operator training, commissioning assistance and after-sales support for industrial machinery like the TM-100. Confirm training scope, onsite support and warranty terms with your vendor before purchase.

To order, contact an authorized distributor or the manufacturer. Lead times depend on current production schedules and any required customizations. Shipping a 3800 kg industrial machine requires special handling and may involve freight forwarding, crating and onsite installation—discuss logistics with your supplier.
