The TLFSP-100 Medical Waste Incinerator is designed for the thermal treatment and disposal of medical, animal, household and general industrial solid waste. It features a horizontal furnace design with primary and secondary combustion chambers, providing controlled high-temperature incineration.
The system has a processing capacity of 100 kg per batch, with an operating capability of approximately 5–6 batches per 8-hour working day. It incorporates automatic ignition, an automatic sliding-door feeding system and manual ash removal.
The incinerator operates at temperatures ranging from 650°C to 1,100°C and uses a micro-negative pressure design to help prevent smoke and gases from escaping the combustion chamber.
The equipment includes a wet scrubber, dust removal system, air blower, draft fan, water recycling pump, fuel tank and chimney to support exhaust-gas treatment and emission control.
