Working Principle:

 The drying part : back from the drying bucket of hot air after cooling , blowing the honeycomb . The moisture in the air is absorbed by the rotary wheel , and then is removed by the regenerative heating air . Two streams and in the runner and along with the rotation of the rotary wheel , making the moisture in the air continuously absorbed and regeneration air the desorption and exclusion , on the formation of stable wheel dew point air , heated to plastic drying temperature , blowing dry material barrel , to form a closed circulation , drying materials.

 Suction feeding part: suction is from material storage tank or other material storage containers,sucked dry bucket, when the hopper and vacuum magnetic reed switch detects no material, suction motor running, hopper and vacuum vacuum is produced in, raw material storage barrel, due to the air pressure difference is sucked into the vacuum hopper, when the suction time to complete, the suction motor stop running, the raw materials due to weight into the drying barrel within. After drying the raw material from the drying barrel is pumped to the installation in the hopper plastic molding machine in the electric eye or other hopper.
