TB-58L Pocket Folding Creaser Creasing Shape and Iron Machine

The TB-58L is a compact pocket folding creaser, creasing/shape and iron machine designed for precise creasing and shaping of fabric and paper. It uses infrared heating and adjustable temperature control to deliver professional-quality finishes for both hobbyists and small-scale production.

Key specifications: 1000W power; supports 220V and 110V; weight 154 kg; dimensions 110 x 83 x 75 cm (L x W x H).

The TB-58L is suitable for creasing and shaping a variety of materials including paper, card stock and many types of fabric commonly used in tailoring and garment making. Material-specific settings and testing are recommended to avoid scorching or marking delicate substrates.

The machine uses infrared heating for rapid warm-up and consistent temperature distribution. Warm-up time varies with ambient conditions and selected temperature, but the infrared system is designed for quick readiness compared with conventional methods.

Yes — the TB-58L has an adjustable temperature control to match different materials. For best results, start at a low setting and test on a scrap piece, increasing temperature gradually until you achieve the desired crease without damage. Refer to the user manual or supplier guidelines for recommended ranges for specific materials.

The stated production capacity is 200 sets per month. Actual throughput will depend on operator experience, part complexity, cycle time, and shift hours.

General safety tips: allow for hot surfaces and use heat-resistant gloves as needed; keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts; operate in a well-ventilated area; ensure the machine is connected to the correct voltage (110V or 220V) and protected by appropriate electrical breakers; disconnect power before servicing. Follow all instructions in the user manual.

Place the machine on a stable, level surface with adequate clearance for loading/unloading. Due to its weight (154 kg), use appropriate lifting equipment or professional movers. Ensure the electrical supply matches the machine's voltage setting and that the outlet can deliver the rated power. Follow the start-up and calibration procedures in the user manual.

Routine maintenance includes keeping heating and creasing surfaces clean and free of residue, checking and tightening fasteners, inspecting electrical connections, replacing worn consumables (crease pads or dies), and following manufacturer-recommended service intervals. Always power down and cool the machine before maintenance.

Check that the temperature setting is correct for the material, ensure the heating element is functioning, confirm even pressure and correct alignment of the workpiece, and verify that creasing dies or pads are not worn or damaged. If problems persist, contact your supplier or authorized service technician for inspection.

Common accessories and consumables for creasing machines include different creasing dies, pads, and replacement heating elements. Availability varies by supplier — contact the vendor or authorized dealer for compatible parts and optional accessories for the TB-58L.

Yes. The TB-58L is designed for both professional tailoring and hobbyist use, making it well suited for small production runs in fashion design, tailoring, and craft projects thanks to its compact size, adjustable temperature, and consistent infrared heating.

The unit is relatively heavy (154 kg) and reasonably large (110 x 83 x 75 cm), so shipping typically requires palletization and handling equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack. Ask your supplier about packaging, freight options, and any additional costs for delivery and installation.

Operator training and technical support are strongly recommended to achieve optimal results and safe operation. Availability of training, setup assistance, and after-sale service varies by dealer — contact your vendor for details on support options and warranties.
