The SZGH-650 CNC Vertical Milling Machine is configured for precision metal machining with 500 mm X-axis travel, 600 mm Y-axis travel and 300 mm Z-axis travel. It is equipped with a 5.5 kW mechanical spindle and BT40 spindle interface.
Machine control is provided by an SZGH 1080MIC EtherCAT-type CNC milling controller. Absolute servo motors are fitted across the machine, comprising 1.5 kW motors on the X and Y axes, a 2.6 kW Z-axis motor with brake, and a 1.2 kW tool-axis motor. A 10-station tool magazine supports automated tool handling, while automatic machine lubrication assists with routine operation.
