SZF Linear Vibrating Screen

The SZF Linear Vibrating Screen is an industrial screening machine designed for efficient ore processing. It uses linear vibration to separate and classify materials by size and is built for reliable, continuous operation in various industrial applications.

The standard dimension listed is 2200 x 6000 mm. The model can also be customized to fit specific installation requirements—contact the supplier for available sizes and layout options.

The SZF handles feed sizes from 0.074 mm up to 15 mm, making it suitable for fine to medium particle screening in ore processing.

The unit supports 1 to 6 layers (decks), allowing multi-fraction separation and increased throughput or finer classification as required.

Yes. Inclination is adjustable from 0° to 7° and amplitude is adjustable from 4 mm to 10 mm, enabling optimization of material flow and stratification for different feed types.

The machine is equipped with a durable motor to ensure consistent operation. Exact motor power and electrical specifications depend on the model and customer configuration—contact the manufacturer with your process parameters to obtain the correct motor/electrical data.

It is ideal for ore processing and is suitable for a wide range of bulk inorganic materials and minerals. It can handle different material types and particle size distributions typical in mining, mineral processing and related industries.

The listed weight is approximately 1000 kg. Color and finish options are customizable according to customer requirements.

Throughput depends on feed characteristics (density, moisture, particle shape), selected mesh size, number of decks, inclination and amplitude. Provide feed rate, material properties and desired cut sizes to the supplier for a capacity calculation and recommended configuration.

Common options include woven wire mesh, perforated plates, rubber or polyurethane modular panels and rod decks. Choice depends on material abrasion, desired opening size and maintenance preferences.

Typical installation requires a sufficiently rigid foundation or support frame, proper anchoring or spring isolation for vibration, adequate space for the 2200 x 6000 mm body and access for maintenance, and appropriate electrical supply for the motor. Final installation details should be provided by the manufacturer or installer.

Regular maintenance includes checking and tightening fasteners, inspecting and replacing worn screen media, lubricating bearings per the motor/manufacturer schedule, checking springs and vibration isolation components, and periodic inspection of the drive and coupling. Maintenance intervals depend on operating conditions and duty cycle.

Noise and vibration are managed by correct installation on an appropriate foundation, using vibration isolation springs or dampers, ensuring balanced drives and properly maintained components, and adding enclosures or acoustic treatments if required for site regulations.

Yes. Spare parts (motors, bearings, screen panels, springs, fasteners, etc.) and after-sales technical support are available. Contact the supplier or authorized service center for parts availability, lead times and recommended spare parts lists.

Yes. The SZF is offered with customizable dimensions, deck configurations, screen media choices and certain drive/motor options to meet specific processing needs. Provide your feed characteristics and plant layout to the manufacturer to discuss a tailored solution.
