Supply 8HP Sheet Metal Rolling Machine Jewelry Rolling Mill Machine

This machine is designed for shaping sheet metal into jewelry wire and related metal forming tasks for both hobbyists and professional jewelers.

The machine requires a 380V three-phase power supply and is rated at 5.5 kW. Have a qualified electrician confirm wiring, breaker sizing and any local electrical protections before installation.

The product name includes '8HP' as an approximate motor power indicator. The specification lists the motor as 5.5 kW; confirm exact motor rating with the supplier if precise horsepower/kW matching is required.

It is intended for jewelry and light metal forming—typical materials include gold, silver, copper, brass and other soft to medium-soft non-ferrous metals. For very hard steels or specialty alloys, check with the manufacturer for suitability.

Dimensions are 980 × 1180 × 1480 mm and the machine weight is approximately 950 kg. Plan for adequate floor space and handling equipment for delivery and installation.

Yes — the machine features an automatic oil-adding lubrication system to help ensure smooth operation and reduce routine maintenance, but periodic checks of lubrication levels and lines are still recommended.

The machine uses a gear drive system for operation, providing reliable mechanical transmission. Specific control interfaces and speed settings should be confirmed with the supplier.

The product information lists 'Long Service Life (2 years)' as a key selling point. Confirm exact warranty coverage, start date and terms with the seller or manufacturer prior to purchase.

Operators should receive training, wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, hearing protection as needed), avoid loose clothing/jewelry near rollers, and ensure an emergency stop or safety shutoff is available. Follow all local machine-safety regulations.

The automatic lubrication reduces daily lubrication tasks, but regular maintenance still includes checking lubrication levels and lines, cleaning roll surfaces, inspecting gears and bearings, and following the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.

Wire sizes and profiles depend on the rollers/grooves and process settings. Contact the supplier to confirm available roll sets, custom grooves, and the machine's range of thickness reduction and final wire dimensions.

Yes — the specifications list CE and ISO certification. CE indicates conformity with applicable European safety requirements; 'ISO' indicates adherence to an international quality management standard. Ask the vendor for certificates and scopes.

Given the machine weight (~950 kg), it will typically be shipped crated and require a forklift or crane for unloading and placement. Prepare a level, stable foundation and ensure adequate access for installation and electrical hookup.

Spare parts such as rollers, bearings and drive components are commonly available from suppliers. Confirm with the seller about spare parts availability, recommended spare-kit items and authorized service or technical support options.

Yes. The unit is marketed for both hobbyists and professionals and is suitable for small-scale production of jewelry wire and artisan metal forming projects. Evaluate facility power and space requirements before purchase.
