SUNGLORY Hydraulic Deep Drawing Machine - Model Y28-350

The Y28-350 is a multifunctional hydraulic press designed primarily for deep drawing operations. It is suitable for producing drawn metal parts used in automotive, appliance, cookware, and general metal forming applications. For specific part geometries and materials, consult SUNGLORY or your tooling supplier.

Key specs include a 30 kW motor, overall dimensions of 2150 mm × 1610 mm × 3840 mm, a machine weight of approximately 9 tonnes, and compatibility with a standard 380V industrial electrical supply. For additional technical data (stroke, bed size, tonnage), please request the full datasheet.

The machine is designed to operate on a 380V industrial electrical supply. Please confirm phase, frequency, and local electrical standards with SUNGLORY or your electrical contractor before installation.

The Y28-350 comes with a 1-year warranty. SUNGLORY also provides after-sales service, including engineers available for on-site assistance overseas—contact sales to arrange service, spare parts, or extended support contracts.

Typical installation requirements include a level, adequately rated foundation or floor capable of supporting the 9-ton machine, access to a 380V power supply, proper grounding, and lifting equipment for placement. SUNGLORY can provide installation guidance and can coordinate engineer-assisted installation if required.

The range of materials and thicknesses depends on tooling, die design, and process parameters. The Y28-350 is suitable for common deep-drawing metals such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. For confirmation of capability with your specific material and thickness, provide sample specifications to SUNGLORY for evaluation.

Tooling is generally supplied separately. The Y28-350 accepts standard deep-drawing dies and tooling arrangements, but exact compatibility depends on die size and press parameters. SUNGLORY or approved tooling suppliers can assist with tooling selection and design.

Recommended maintenance includes regular checks of hydraulic oil level and condition, filter replacements, inspection of seals and hoses, lubrication of moving parts, electrical system inspections, and periodic calibration of controls. SUNGLORY can provide a maintenance schedule and service plan tailored to your production volumes.

Spare parts and consumables are available through SUNGLORY. Lead times vary by part and shipping location; contact SUNGLORY sales for availability and estimated delivery times for specific components.

The Y28-350 is built with industry-standard safety measures; however, exact safety features and guarding options depend on the configured package and regional regulations. SUNGLORY recommends integrating appropriate guards, light curtains, emergency stops, and operator training to meet local workplace safety requirements.

Yes. SUNGLORY offers operator and maintenance training—either at the factory, on-site, or via authorized service partners. Training scope can include machine operation, safety procedures, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

SUNGLORY can provide customization options and optional upgrades depending on production requirements (control systems, safety packages, automation interfaces, etc.). Contact the sales team with your requirements to discuss available options and lead times.

The machine is shipped crated and prepared for transport, with a gross weight around 9 tonnes. Shipping terms, packing details, and transport logistics (FOB/CIF/etc.) are handled through SUNGLORY’s sales department. Ensure you have appropriate offloading equipment and foundation preparation prior to delivery.
