Strapping Banding Machine Plastic Manual PP Battery Powered Brick 12V Packing Electric

It supports plastic PP and PET packing tape with width 13–16 mm and thickness 0.4–1.2 mm.

Yes — the unit is battery powered for portability. It uses a rechargeable battery pack (specified as 4.0 Ah / ~57.6 Wh in the product specs) so you can operate it without a mains plug.

A full charge takes about 90 minutes. On a single charge the machine can tension/strap approximately 250–350 straps, depending on tension level and strap size.

Model: СУС3000. Dimensions: L 380 × W 130 × H 130 mm. Weight: about 3.1 kg, making it lightweight and easy to handle.

Tension (pull) is adjustable in the range of roughly 900–3200 N. Tightening speed is in the range of about 100–200 mm/s, allowing fast, secure bundling.

The machine uses push-button controls with an LED display to set parameters. Adjustable splicing/sealing time ranges from about 0.5 to 3.5 seconds; other settings (tension, speed) are adjusted through the control buttons.

It uses a brushed DC motor. Periodic maintenance includes keeping the strap path clean, checking and replacing worn brushes if needed, and light lubrication of moving parts as recommended in the user manual.

Check that the battery is correctly seated and charged. Verify the charger is connected to mains power and the charging indicator is on. If charging fails, try a different outlet and inspect charger and battery for damage. If problems persist, contact the supplier for support or a replacement battery/charger.

Common causes: wrong tape type/thickness, dirty heating/sealing surfaces, insufficient splicing time, or low battery. Make sure you’re using PP/PET tape within the specified size, clean the sealing area, increase splicing time slightly, and try again with a fully charged battery.

Accessory inclusion varies by seller. Many packages include the battery and charger, but availability of a spare battery is not guaranteed. Confirm exact accessories with the seller before purchase.

Yes — with adjustable high tension (up to ~3200 N) and fast tightening speed, it’s suitable for many medium- to heavy-duty packing tasks, warehouse use, and transport securing. For continuous, high-volume industrial applications you may want to verify duty-cycle expectations with the supplier.

Yes — the machine is designed to work with both PP and PET plastic strapping, provided the tapes fall within the supported width (13–16 mm) and thickness (0.4–1.2 mm).

Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), keep hands clear of the strap path and sealing area while operating, ensure straps are routed correctly, and avoid using the tool in wet conditions. Disconnect or remove the battery when performing maintenance.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the battery charged if storing long-term and avoid extreme temperatures. Regularly clean the strap path and sealing area, and inspect for wear or damage.

Contact the seller or manufacturer for spare parts (heating elements, brushes, batteries, chargers) and for warranty terms. Always use genuine replacement parts and follow the manufacturer’s service recommendations.
