Steam Jet Pipe Jetter Drain Hose Cleaning Machine

It's designed for high-pressure steam cleaning of pipes, drains and sewers to remove tough blockages. Typical uses include residential and commercial plumbing, industrial pipeline maintenance and routine drain upkeep.

The working pressure range is 150 bar to 2300 bar, allowing settings for light to very heavy-duty cleaning jobs.

The machine has a 200 L tank and is specified to use an emulsion-type fluid media. Check with the supplier for recommended emulsion mix ratios.

Dimensions are 2050 mm (L) x 880 mm (W) x 1000 mm (H). It is a sizable, heavy-duty unit — not handheld — and typically requires equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack for relocation.

Pneumatic input requirement is 0.8 MPa. Electrical supply details (voltage, phase, current) for the motor/PLC are not listed in the description — contact the supplier for exact electrical specifications for your model.

Core components include PLC controls, motor and high-pressure pump. Typical accessories supplied by the manufacturer often include high-pressure hose(s), nozzle(s) and basic fittings, but the exact accessory list should be confirmed with the vendor or sales documentation.

Yes. Because of the high pressures and steam, operation should be restricted to trained personnel who understand safe pressure-jetting practices, nozzle selection, and emergency shut-down procedures.

Wear appropriate PPE (eye/face protection, gloves, protective clothing), never point the jet at people or animals, secure hoses and fittings, ensure proper ventilation when using steam/emulsion, depressurize before servicing, and follow lockout/tagout and local safety regulations.

Perform daily visual checks (hoses, fittings, seals), weekly pump and motor inspections, drain and flush the tank after use, replace worn seals/nozzles promptly, and follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for periodic servicing and parts replacement.

Check air supply and pneumatic pressure (0.8 MPa), verify fluid/emulsion level and mixture, inspect pump and seals for wear, clear or replace clogged nozzles, check for hose leaks, and review PLC error codes or test report diagnostics.

It is suitable for a wide range of pipe sizes and materials, but nozzle selection and pressure settings must be matched to the pipe material to avoid damage. For fragile materials (old clay, thin plastic), use lower pressures and appropriate nozzles. Consult the manufacturer for recommended pressure ranges by pipe type.

Yes — units include a video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report to verify performance and quality prior to shipment.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by supplier and region. The product includes outgoing inspection and test documentation, but you should confirm warranty length, coverage, spare parts availability and local service options with the seller before purchase.

Because of its size and weight, professional installation is recommended. Ensure site access for delivery equipment, a stable level foundation, appropriate electrical and pneumatic connections, and adequate ventilation/drainage. The manufacturer lists a supply ability of 200 sets per month.

Contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor for complete electrical specs, optional accessories, custom pressure/nozzle packages, training, spare parts kits and installation services. Always provide your intended application and pipe types so they can recommend the appropriate configuration.
