Stainsteel Sink Full of Stainless Steel Equipped with Key Machines Metal Moulding Machinery

It is a full production line from KLT for manufacturing stainless steel kitchen sinks, including key metal moulding machines plus cutting, polishing and bending equipment for end-to-end sink production.

Rated capacity is 300 pieces per hour (actual throughput depends on product complexity, automation level and changeover time).

Nominal power is 500 kW and the line is designed for 380 V three-phase supply. A dedicated industrial electrical feed, appropriate breakers and possibly a transformer are required; confirm site power details with KLT prior to delivery.

Overall dimensions listed are 65 × 12 × 7 m and the total weight is about 100,000 kg. Plan for the full footprint plus material handling lanes, storage, and operator access when determining factory layout.

Because of the high weight, a reinforced concrete floor with sufficient load-bearing capacity and possibly vibration-damping pads is required. KLT can provide foundation drawings and site-prep specifications.

The line is designed for typical kitchen-sink stainless steels. Common sink thicknesses are around 0.5–1.2 mm, though the equipment may accept a wider range. Confirm compatible grades and thickness ranges with KLT for your specific tooling.

Yes. The product is listed as customized — KLT offers customization options for sink dimensions, moulds, colors/finish of conveyors/covers, and automation level to match your product mix and factory layout.

The line is designed for easy operation, but trained operators are required for running production and performing maintenance. Typical staffing depends on automation: many customers operate with 2–5 technicians/operators per shift. KLT provides operator and maintenance training.

KLT generally offers factory acceptance testing before shipment, on-site installation and commissioning, and operator/maintenance training. On-site installation time varies (commonly a few weeks); exact scope and schedule should be agreed at order.

Routine preventive maintenance is recommended (daily checks, periodic lubrication, alignment and major inspections). KLT supplies spare parts and can provide recommended spare parts kits and service contracts — request a spare-parts list at purchase.

The line includes industry-standard safety measures such as emergency stop controls, guarding around moving parts and safety interlocks. For regulatory compliance or additional features, confirm safety certifications and options with KLT.

Lead time varies with customization but typically ranges from several weeks to a few months (often 60–90 days). Due to size and weight, special heavy-transport logistics and on-site handling are required; KLT can assist with shipping arrangements and packing details.

New machines commonly come with a manufacturer warranty and after-sales support. Exact warranty period, scope and service-level options are provided by KLT at quotation — request written warranty terms before purchase.

KLT can supply quality documentation and certain certifications upon request (for example factory test reports, material certificates, and any applicable CE/ISO documents). Ask KLT for the specific certificates you require.

Estimate ROI by calculating expected units per shift (e.g., 300 pcs/h × operating hours), multiply by your average selling price and subtract operating costs (labor, utilities, maintenance, materials). For a precise ROI analysis, provide KLT with your product mix, shift pattern and pricing and request a cost-per-part estimate.
