Stainless Steel Spiral Freezer Equipment Single Spiral for Meat Processing freezer

The single spiral model has a capacity range of 500 to 3000 kg/h (depending on product size, loading pattern and selected model). Contact sales with your product specifics for an accurate capacity estimate.

The unit provides controlled refrigeration in the range from -40°C to 0°C, allowing rapid individual quick freezing or blast freezing depending on settings and product.

The freezer is constructed from stainless steel 304, which is widely used in food processing for its corrosion resistance and hygienic properties.

The equipment is offered to work with R22, R404A or R717 (ammonia). Note that availability and suitability depend on local regulations—R22 is phased out in many regions, so consult us for compliant options.

Compressors from Bitzer or Hanbell are typically used; exact configuration depends on capacity and refrigerant choice.

Yes. Motor specifications, voltage and other system components can be customized to match local power supply and processing requirements. Provide your site electrical data when requesting a quote.

Typical design points are an inlet product temperature of +20°C and an outlet product temperature of -18°C. Actual performance will vary with product type and loading.

The machine is heavy (approx. 10,000 kg as a reference for large models) and requires a suitable load-bearing foundation, adequate ceiling height for spiral geometry, refrigeration piping, electrical supply and drainage. Exact footprint and layout drawings are provided after model selection.

The stainless steel construction supports washdown and hygienic cleaning. Many customers use CIP (clean-in-place) or high-pressure washdown procedures with approved food-safe detergents. Follow the provided cleaning protocol for seals, belts and drains.

Routine maintenance includes daily visual checks, regular belt/chain tension and tracking checks, periodic compressor and refrigerant system servicing, and annual preventive maintenance by qualified technicians. Frequency depends on operating hours and product load.

Yes. Genuine spare parts (belts, bearings, gaskets, refrigeration components) and technical support are available. We recommend stocking critical wear parts to minimize downtime.

Energy consumption depends on model size, operating temperature, product load and process duty. The spiral design is optimized for high throughput and good thermal efficiency; we can provide estimated power consumption for your specific application upon request.

Yes. It is specifically designed for meat processing and is also suitable for other protein products and frozen food items requiring rapid, uniform freezing in a sanitary environment.

Follow local refrigeration, electrical and food safety regulations. If using ammonia (R717) or older refrigerants, additional safety measures and certified installers may be required. We provide documentation to support compliance and recommend installation by certified contractors.

Lead time and warranty depend on configuration and order volume. Typical lead times vary—please contact sales for current delivery estimates. Warranty terms are provided with the sales contract and can be discussed based on your service needs.
