Soil Ridger Plough Tractor Mulch Layer and Fertilizer

A multi-purpose agricultural implement that combines ridging (forming raised beds), ploughing, film mulching and fertilizer application, with optional drip-irrigation tape laying to prepare and protect crop rows in one pass.

It can form ridges, apply fertilizer into the furrow, lay plastic mulch film, and install drip irrigation tape (optional). It can also be used for light ploughing and soil shaping.

Commonly used for potato, onion and peanut, and it can be adapted for other row crops that require ridging and mulching.

Yes. Standard ridge widths with mulching are configurable from 15 cm up to 120 cm, and we can design other widths or profiles per customer requirements.

The unit is fitted with a fertilizer delivery system that places fertilizer into the furrow or on the ridge as required. Application rate and placement are adjustable; specify the type of fertilizer so we can configure the system appropriately.

A film roll holder and tensioning/pressing assemblies feed plastic film over the formed ridge. Press wheels and soil pressers bury the film edges to secure it. The system can be supplied to accommodate common film widths and roll sizes.

Yes — a drip-tape laying attachment is available as an option so drip lines can be laid under the mulch simultaneously with ridge formation and mulching.

Yes. Depth, ridge profile and press settings are adjustable to suit a variety of soil types and moisture conditions. Configurations and settings can be tuned in the field for best performance.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning debris, checking and tightening fasteners, greasing lubrication points, inspecting and replacing worn blades or coulters, and checking film and tape feeders. A maintenance schedule and parts list are provided with the machine.
