Soda Canned Tuna Fish Food Sealer Machine Tin PET Can Seaming Machine Automatic Can Sealing Machine

The FX-5 is an automatic can seaming/sealing machine designed to cold-seal cans for food and beverage applications (notably canned tuna). It automates the seaming process to improve throughput and seal consistency for industrial packaging operations.

The machine uses cold sealing (mechanical seaming) to form a secure seam between the can body and lid, suitable for hermetic closure of food and beverage cans.

It is built for metal packaging (tin/steel and aluminum cans) and can be adapted for many PET-style cans depending on shape and wall thickness. For nonstandard materials or novel container shapes, confirm compatibility with the supplier and provide sample cans.

Standard capacity is 1,800–2,100 cans per hour. Actual throughput depends on can size, seam specifications, product handling, and line configuration.

Rated power is 1.7 kW. Voltage options are 220 V or 380 V—confirm which voltage and phase your facility uses when ordering.

Required air pressure is 0.6–0.8 MPa (6–8 bar). Use clean, dry, oil-free compressed air sized appropriately for continuous operation.

Standard adjustable bottle/can height range is 50–200 mm. Additional customization for different heights or sealing heads is available—provide exact can dimensions when ordering.

The machine weight is approximately 500 kg and requires a stable, level concrete floor and sufficient surrounding service space. Exact footprint and layout dimensions are not listed here—request detailed drawings from the supplier before site preparation.

Yes. The unit is automatic and designed for straightforward operation. Operators typically need short training to load cans, start/stop the line, and perform routine checks. Online technical support is offered by the manufacturer.

Daily cleaning of sealing area, periodic lubrication of moving parts, inspection of seaming heads and tooling, and replacing worn gaskets/parts. A preventive maintenance schedule (daily/weekly/monthly) should be established based on production hours.

Online technical support is available. Common wear parts (seaming heads, rollers, gaskets, belts) can be supplied—contact the vendor for spare-parts lists, lead times, and local service options.

Changeover time varies with the degree of difference in can dimensions and tooling required. With adjustable heads and prepared tooling, minor size changes can take only minutes; major changes requiring new tooling will take longer. Ask the supplier for expected changeover times for your specific can types.

The machine includes standard safety features such as guards around moving parts and emergency stop controls. Specific safety certifications or additional interlocks can be discussed with the supplier to meet local regulations.

Certifications and warranty terms are not listed in this summary. Buyers should request CE, ISO, or other required certifications and warranty details from the manufacturer or distributor prior to purchase.

Contact the supplier with your can specifications (diameter, height, material, lid type), required output, electrical supply, and site conditions. The FX-5 can be customized for different heights and sealing heads—provide drawings or samples for accurate quotes and lead times.
