3. High speed, high precision and high rigidity bullet case spindle unit, servo spindle motor, can achieve higher spindle speed.The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature chamber. After assembly, it runs in continuous constant temperature for 72 hours, and then it runs in continuous test for 72 hours after being put on the machine to ensure the reliability of high speed and high precision performance. 

4. Adopt row tool mode, tool change in high speed, high positioning accuracy. 

5. X, Z direction feed adopts servo motor through high torque low inertia elastic coupling and lead screw direct connection, lead screw support adopts pre-tensile structure, can eliminate transmission backclearance and pre-compensate the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool in long time operation, to ensure positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy; Adopts advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, timing, quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication, stable and reliable work.
