Product Description
Container Plant Factory can realize automatic planting environment control, equipped with complete environmental monitoring system, which can monitor the temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration and other data inside and outside the container,and realize automatic closed-loop control of light source, carbon dioxide, air conditioning, fan, and water pump. Container Plant Factory can also manually control the internal planting environment such as light source, temperature, humidity andcarbon dioxide concentration.By controlling the internal environment, plant factories can produce vegetables about two to four times faster than typical outdoor planting.In addition, as multiple cultivation shelves (a multi-shelf system) are used, the mass production of vegetables in a small space is facilitated
Air circulation system
1.The air circulation system includes fan,air conditioner and dehumidifier.
2.The air in the container can be changed automatically within 30 minutes through the main control system.
Seedling and plating system
1.There are 10 layers planting tray in the growing room ,the use of vertical hydroponics planting greatly improves the utilization of space and the quality of crops.
2.The seedling box can raise 5800 seedlings at the same time
Water and fertilizer system
1.The water and fertilizer system is a special system for NFT hydroponics planting.
2.It can effectively achieve a uniform ratio of water and fertilizer , and irrigate crops on time and amount to meet crop water demand while achieving water-saving irrigation.
Growth lighting system
Planting room , seedling box and operation room are equipped with LED growth lights.
Intelligent control system
1. Intelligent control system can automatically control all power equipment in the box.
2.The main control system can automatically control light, temperature , humidity, C02 concentration and other environmental data through PLC , automatically control the NFT hydroponic planting system , automatically adjust the EC/PH value in the fertilizer.
