Small Electric Concrete Shotcrete Mining Tunnel Railway Pneumatic Dry Gunite Shotcrete Machine

The machine can convey dry shotcrete material up to 200 meters (straight-line/hose length dependent). Longer runs may reduce output and require booster equipment.

Maximum aggregate size is 20 mm. Use properly graded material to avoid blockages and excessive wear.

Maximum output is approximately 5 m3 per hour under optimal operating conditions.

The machine requires 3 kW of power and is designed for a 380 V supply. Confirm whether a three-phase 380 V supply is needed with your supplier or electrician.

Typical air consumption is 7–8 m3/min at an operating air pressure of about 0.5 MPa. Use an air compressor with a slightly higher margin to ensure stable performance.

Standard hose inner diameter is 51 mm. Increased hose length or excessive bends will increase friction losses and can reduce conveying distance and output.

This is a dry pneumatic (gunite) shotcrete machine. Dry mix is fed by the machine and water is added at the nozzle for spraying.

Recommended water-cement ratio for the materials used is ≤ 0.40–0.45. For dry mix shotcrete, water is typically introduced at the nozzle to meet this ratio.

Weight is approximately 700 kg. Overall dimensions are 1520 mm (L) × 820 mm (W) × 1280 mm (H). Plan lifting and transport accordingly.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning the hopper and hoses after each shift, inspecting and replacing wear parts (nozzle, hose, rotor seals), lubricating moving parts per supplier guidance, and checking fasteners and air system for leaks.

Common causes: incorrect aggregate grading or moisture content, insufficient air pressure or volume, excessive hose length/bends, worn rotor/nozzle. Fixes: check and correct mix, ensure compressor meets specs, shorten/straighten hose run, replace worn parts.

Use appropriate PPE (dust mask/respirator, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves). Ensure ventilation in tunnels, avoid inhalation of dry mix, lock out power and isolate air when servicing, and follow site safety rules for working with pressurized air and heavy equipment.

Designed for mining and railway tunnel shotcreting, structural reinforcement and repair, foundation and slope support, and other construction sites that require pneumatic dry gunite application.

Wear parts such as nozzles, hose sections, seals, and rotor components should be stocked. Availability varies by supplier — confirm spare parts list and lead times before purchase.

Due to its 700 kg weight, plan for mechanical handling (forklift, crane or pallet truck). Ensure a stable, level placement, access to a 380 V supply and adequate compressed air, and lay out hose runs to minimize bends and length.
