Small Desktop Chocolate Making Machine 5.5L Chocolate Dispenser Tempering for Small Scale Chocolate Making

The machine has a 5.5 L bowl capacity for melting and tempering chocolate.

Yields vary by chocolate density and mould size. As a rough guide, 5.5 L of melted chocolate is approximately 5–7 kg and will make about 500–1,000 small chocolates (for 5–15 g pieces) or fewer larger bars.

Yes. It’s designed for small-scale chocolate making—suitable for hobbyists, home chocolatiers, bakeries, and small snack food producers.

The listing notes both 'USB powered' and '220–240V'. Some tabletop units use USB for control/drive electronics while the heating element runs from mains power. Because the specification is inconsistent, confirm the exact power setup with the seller or product manual before purchase.

The description states it melts and tempers chocolate, but specific controls are not listed. Many tempering machines include adjustable temperature settings or automatic temper cycles—check the product manual or ask the seller for precise control features.

The listing doesn’t specify bowl material. Most small tempering machines use food‑grade stainless steel for the bowl. Confirm material and food-safety certifications with the seller if this is important.

General guidance: turn off and unplug, allow chocolate to cool but remain pliable, remove excess chocolate with a spatula, wipe with a warm, soapy cloth, rinse and dry removable parts per the manual. Do not immerse the electrical base. Consult the user manual for manufacturer cleaning and maintenance instructions.

It’s a tabletop unit designed for compact placement. However, the spec lists a weight of 55 kg which is unusually heavy for a desktop machine—confirm the actual unit weight (packaged vs. net) with the seller to determine portability.

Yes — tempering machines are generally suitable for dark, milk, white, and couverture chocolates, and for working with compound chocolates. Tempering parameters differ by chocolate type, so follow recommended temperatures and cycles.

The listing doesn’t list safety features explicitly. Many modern tempering machines include thermostats, overheat protection, and automatic shut-off—ask the seller for a full safety/features list and any relevant certifications.

The product description does not state whether the bowl is removable or which spare parts are available. Check the detailed product listing or contact the supplier for information on removable components and spare-part availability.

Dimensions are listed as 476 × 396 × 800 mm (L × W × H). Verify clearance and countertop fit before purchase.

Accessories are not specified in the provided description. Review the full product listing or ask the seller which accessories are included.

Certifications are not mentioned in the listing. If certifications are required for your business or local regulations, request documentation from the seller confirming CE, UL, NSF or other relevant approvals.

Warranty and support information are not in the brief listing. Ask the seller or the brand (Youdo) for warranty terms, service contacts, and how to obtain replacement parts or technical assistance.
