Small Automatic Vertical Continuous Ink Jet Printing Printer Code Food Plastic Bag Heat Band Sealer Sealing Machine

This is a Small Automatic Vertical Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) Printing and Heat Band Sealer machine designed to print codes (e.g., dates, lot numbers) and continuously seal bags, pouches and films for packaging applications.

It supports stand-up pouches, bags, films and foil made from common packaging materials such as plastic and paper. It is also suitable for a variety of commodity packaging applications listed in the product specs.

Typical industries include food and beverage, textiles, chemicals, retail commodity packaging, restaurants, shops and light manufacturing.

Dimensions are 80 x 40 x 30.5 cm (L x W x H), weight is 28 kg, and the machine runs on 220V power.

Maximum operational speed is 10–40 bags per minute. Actual throughput depends on bag size, material, operator setup and the code/print cycle.

Yes — the integrated continuous ink jet printer can print variable information such as production dates, expiration/best-before dates, batch/lot numbers and simple text or numeric codes. For advanced barcodes or high-resolution graphics, confirm ink and print head options with the supplier.

The machine is described as automatic for sealing and printing operations. Some applications may still require manual loading or alignment of individual bags depending on production setup.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning the CIJ print head, refilling/replacing ink and consumables, checking and lubricating gears and bearings, inspecting sealing bands and electrical connections, and following the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.

Follow standard machine safety: disconnect power before servicing, avoid contact with hot sealing surfaces, use appropriate PPE (gloves/eye protection) when handling inks or heated elements, and follow all safety instructions in the user manual.

The machine is versatile for many bag types and typical pouch thicknesses, but exact compatible thickness range and seal-width options depend on the specific model configuration. Contact the supplier for details or to request custom settings.

Core components include gears and bearings; the machine is described as mechanically driven with a compact, durable construction designed for continuous use in production environments.

Basic installation is typically straightforward (leveling, electrical connection and initial setup). Some suppliers may offer installation support, training, or commissioning as an optional service—confirm with the vendor.

Common consumables include printing ink, sealing bands/heat elements, and wear parts like bearings or belts. Keep replacement inks and sealing bands on hand, and check with the supplier for a recommended spare-parts list.

Poor seals often stem from incorrect temperature, worn sealing bands or misalignment; check and adjust heat, band condition and alignment. Faded prints are typically due to low or wrong ink, clogged print heads or incorrect printer settings—clean the head and confirm ink compatibility. Consult the manual or supplier support for diagnostics.

Warranty terms, certifications and after-sales support vary by supplier. Ask the vendor for details on warranty length, CE/other certifications (if required), technical support and available training or spare-parts packages.
