Single Needle Post Bed Walking Foot Heavy Duty Roller Feed Sewing Machine Model: MC9910

The MC9910 is designed for heavy-duty sewing of thick and bulky materials such as leather, upholstery, bags, luggage, outdoor gear, tents, and theatrical costumes. Its post-bed design makes it easy to handle three-dimensional and hard-to-reach areas.

Model MC9910 is a single-needle, post-bed machine with a walking foot roller feed. Stitch length is adjustable up to 6 mm and maximum sewing speed is 2000 stitches per minute. It uses the DBx1 needle system and is available for 110V or 220V power supplies.

The walking foot mechanism moves the top layer of fabric in sync with the feed dog while the roller feed supports and advances the bottom layer. This provides even, slip-free feeding of multiple or slippery layers, reducing puckering and uneven stitches on heavy materials.

Yes. The MC9910 combines user-friendly operation with heavy-duty capability. Beginners can learn basic operation quickly, but working with heavy materials benefits from some practice and familiarity with machine adjustments.

The machine uses DBx1 industrial needles. Use heavy-duty needles appropriate for your material and thread weight (consult the machine manual or supplier for recommended needle sizes). Use strong, heavy-duty threads (nylon, bonded polyester) rated for the material and application.

Regular maintenance includes daily cleaning of lint/debris around the feed and bobbin area, periodic lubrication per the lubrication points and intervals in the manual, checking and replacing needles as needed, and periodic inspection/tensioning of belts. Always unplug the machine before maintenance.

Common fixes: replace a bent or dull needle, confirm correct needle type and insertion, check upper and bobbin thread tension, ensure the walking foot and roller feed are functioning and aligned, use appropriate thread and needles for the material, and clean any lint or debris from the feed area.

Standard configuration typically includes the walking foot and roller feed assembly. Optional accessories commonly available from suppliers include specialized presser feet (roller, leather, edge guides), industrial bobbins, extra needles, thread stands, and custom needles or feeds—check with your dealer for specific accessory packages.

The MC9910 is offered for 110V or 220V power supplies. Motor type and speed control options may vary by supplier (servo motors, clutch motors, and electronic speed controls are common). Confirm the motor and control configuration with the vendor to match your needs.

Yes. The MC9910's heavy-duty construction and walking foot roller feed are engineered for high-volume work and sewing through multiple heavy layers. For high-throughput production, use a suitable industrial motor and follow recommended maintenance intervals.

Wear appropriate eye protection, keep fingers clear of the needle area, use guards where provided, disconnect power before servicing, follow lockout/tagout procedures when changing parts, and ensure the machine is securely mounted to a stable table or stand.

Stitch length is adjusted using the machine's stitch length regulator (up to 6 mm). Presser foot pressure is typically adjustable—refer to the machine manual for the exact adjustment mechanism and recommended settings for different materials to ensure proper feeding without crushing or slipping.

The MC9910 uses industrial-style bobbins compatible with DBx1 machines—refer to the parts list for the correct bobbin type. Proper threading according to the manual (upper thread path and bobbin installation) is essential for reliable stitching.

Installation and setup policies vary by seller. The post-bed design is typically mounted in an industrial sewing table or stand designed for post-bed machines. Ask your supplier about installation, setup, and recommended tables or custom fixtures for specific applications.

Warranty and support terms depend on the manufacturer or distributor you purchase from. Check with your dealer for warranty duration, what is covered (parts/labor), and available technical support, spare parts, and authorized service centers in your area.
