This automatic single-needle quilting machine is designed for making quilts, blankets, duvets, comforters and similar quilted products.

Available configurations include SL-LA (step motor), SL-LA2 (head servo motor) and SL-LA3 (all servo motor). Optional upgrades include lifting head, direct-drive sewing head, automatic thread trimming, automatic lubricating, touch-screen computer, WiFi and remote-control systems.

Max quilt sizes offered: 2.4×2.6 m, 2.6×2.8 m, 2.8×3.0 m and 3.0×3.2 m. Corresponding maximum quilting areas are slightly smaller (e.g., 2.3×2.5 m up to 2.9×3.1 m) depending on model.

Maximum sewing thickness is 7–8 cm.

Standard electrical requirement is single-phase 220V, 50Hz.

The machine uses SINGER MR5 needles in sizes 18–22 (18# to 22#).

Standard operating speed range is 2200–3000 RPM. The machine is built for continuous daily operation at these speeds.

The machine comes equipped with 300+ DST-format patterns and supports DST pattern files for custom designs.

It features a special computer system in English, easy to operate, with options for a touch-screen interface, automatic pattern scanning and automatic pattern adjustment/design.

These features are optional upgrades. Available automated options include automatic thread trimming, automatic lubricating, automatic return-to-origin, lifting head and direct-drive sewing head.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning lint and debris, routine lubrication (or using the automatic lubricating option), timely needle replacement, checking belt/tension and following the operator manual. Schedule and intervals depend on usage intensity.
