Sheet Metal Processing Portable Strong Beveling Machine Steel Plate Strong Chamfering Machine

It's designed to bevel and chamfer edges on steel plates and other sheet metal to prepare joints, remove burrs, and create weld-ready edges for fabrication, construction, automotive, shipbuilding and maintenance tasks.

It is primarily designed for steel plates and general sheet metal. It can be used on common metal plate materials used in fabrication; for very hard or unusual alloys, test on a sample or consult the supplier.

Weight 25 kg, motor power 550 W, speed 2,800 RPM, slide rail length 200 mm, chamfer depth 0–6 mm, adjustable chamfer angle 15 to 45 degrees, blade: tungsten steel 12.7 x 12.7 x 3.18 mm, power supply options 220V/50Hz or 380V/50Hz.

The machine has adjustable settings that allow chamfer angles between 15 and 45 degrees and a chamfer depth range of 0 to 6 mm. Refer to the user manual for step-by-step adjustment procedures and secure all fasteners before operation.

It uses a tungsten steel blade sized 12.7 x 12.7 x 3.18 mm. The blade is replaceable; follow the manual's blade-replacement procedure, always disconnect power before changing blades, and use only recommended spare blades.

Models are available for 220V/50Hz or 380V/50Hz. Make sure the machine's rated voltage matches your site supply and use an appropriate circuit with correct protection.

Yes, it has a portable design and weighs 25 kg. While portable, use proper lifting technique; for longer moves or rough sites consider two people or suitable equipment to carry it safely.

Wear appropriate PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection), secure the workpiece, avoid loose clothing, disconnect power before maintenance, follow the manual's operating procedures, and ensure guards are in place.

Regularly clean chips and dust, lubricate slide rails as recommended, inspect and tighten fasteners, replace worn blades promptly, and store the machine in a dry place. Follow the maintenance schedule in the user manual.

The one-year warranty typically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It usually does not cover normal wear (such as blade wear), misuse, improper maintenance, or accidental damage. Contact the supplier for full warranty terms and claim procedures.

Standard packages commonly include the machine with a blade installed, basic tooling for adjustments, and a user manual. Exact contents can vary, so confirm the included accessories with the seller before purchase.

Yes. It is suitable for preparing edges for welding and for finishing welded joints within its chamfer depth and angle ranges. Ensure proper settings and secure the workpiece for consistent results.

The motor runs at 2,800 RPM and the machine is designed for high operating efficiency, but actual throughput depends on material type, thickness, operator technique and settings. Perform a test run to estimate cycle time for your application.

Stop and inspect the blade for wear or damage, check that the workpiece is securely clamped, verify the slide rails and mounting are clean and tight, ensure the blade is properly installed, and confirm the machine is operating at the correct speed and angle. If problems persist contact service support.
