Engine

The standard Weichai WP series turbocharged diesel engine features outstanding performance, high reliability, high fuel economy, and strong power output, which can maintain the whole machine at optimal compacting status, guaranteeing construction quality. The optional Cummins B series engine features reasonable strength, compact and simple structure, less types and numbers of parts,light weight, and high efficiency.

Cab

Comfortable driving environment Streamline appearance
The streamlined design of the rear hood not only promotes the aesthetics of the whole machine, but also provides the operator with an extensive visual field so that the outer edges of rear wheels and the rear half of the whole machine are visible to enhance the working safety. The traveling of the machine is controlled by a single lever and the steering of the machine is controlled by a light and handy steering wheel to effectively promote work efficiency, reducing the fatigue of the operator. The vibration operation is controlled by a one-touch switch and the comfortable and solid seat can be adjusted back and forth. The left and right tilting armrest and retractable seat belt assure comfort and safety.
The driver’s cab can be optionally equipped with an air conditioner to provide a comfortable work environment.
The three-stage damping system relieves the operator from the interference of the vibration source, relieves the fatigue feeling,and promotes overall work efficiency.

Maintenance

Large angle opening hood, 8-point central pressure measuring system, maintenance-free battery, real-time monitoring of pressures and temperatures, and reasonable arrangement of diesel and working oil tanks enable Shantui rollers to have excellent maintenance performance, shortening the shutdown time, and improving the utilization rate of the machine.

Working Conditions

Standard double-amplitude and double-frequency function expands the application scope of the equipment. The high span between high and low centrifugal forces helps the establishment of compacting schemes depending on different density specifications. The design of the drum vibration parameters conforms to the requirements of the work site and the padfoot can be assembled onto the smooth drum within a short period to expand the functional scope of the machine.
