SF Jaw Type Crush Bucket for 20–25 Ton Excavator

This model is specifically designed for 20–25 ton excavators. To ensure a seamless fit please provide your excavator make/model, arm length and pin dimensions so we can confirm compatibility or supply the correct mounting adapter.

The standard configuration for this model has a hold capacity of 0.75 m3. We also offer crusher buckets in ranges from 0.1 m3 up to 3.0 m3 on request.

The jaw design is suited to crushing concrete, reinforced concrete, bricks, masonry, asphalt, small rocks and general demolition debris for recycling or disposal.

Output size depends on material and job settings, but the unit can process material down to approximately 0–100 mm. Final grading varies with jaw configuration and operator technique—we can advise options for tighter sizing.

The standard build uses Q345B structural steel with NM400 wear plates in high-wear areas for improved strength and abrasion resistance. Other material options are available on request.

Hydraulic requirements can vary by variant. Some crusher buckets are driven by the excavator's hydraulics, while other designs are mechanical/passive. Provide your excavator model and we will confirm whether additional hydraulic lines, flow and pressure specifications, or a particular coupler are required.

Mounting is achieved via the excavator linkage and pins or a quick-coupler interface. You must confirm your pin diameter, center-to-center dimensions and link geometry. We can supply mounting adapters if required—send your excavator specs for verification.

Daily visual inspections are recommended. Check and tighten bolts, grease pivot pins, remove trapped debris, and inspect jaw teeth and wear plates. Replace worn teeth/liners promptly to maintain performance and avoid damage.

Operators should wear appropriate PPE, be trained on the attachment, ensure the excavator is stable, isolate hydraulics before servicing, never work under a raised load, and follow all excavator manufacturer and site safety procedures.
