The Semi-Automatic PET Bottle Blow Molding Production Line is a complete bottle production solution designed for manufacturing PET bottles in various sizes, including 200 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 1.5 litres. The system includes a DA-23 semi-automatic blowing machine with an integrated heating oven, dedicated moulds for the different bottle capacities, an air compressor, air dryer and filtration system, air storage tank, water chiller and a complete set of connecting pipes.
The production line is designed to provide the compressed air, cooling and moulding support required for PET bottle production. With separate moulds supplied for each bottle size, the operator can change the mould according to the required bottle capacity.
