Semi-automatic Manual Aluminum Can Sealer Sealing Machine

It's designed to seal aluminum and other metal/plastic/paper cans for food, beverage, medical, chemical, cosmetic and general commodity packaging where a fast, reliable seam is required.

The machine is semi-automatic: it uses electric drive but requires operator intervention for loading/unloading and initiating the sealing cycle.

The machine can reach a maximum theoretical speed of up to 75 cans per minute. Typical production capacity is around 65 cans per minute under normal operating conditions; actual throughput depends on can size, operator skill and settings.

Sealing width/specification range is indicated as 35–1510 mm. For compatibility with specific can diameters and heights, confirm your can dimensions with the supplier to ensure proper tooling and changeover parts.

Machine dimensions (L*W*H) are 450 x 650 x 1350 mm. Single package size for shipping is 50 x 70 x 140 cm and gross weight is approximately 150 kg.

The machine is electric and requires a 220V power supply. For current draw and electrical installation requirements consult the manufacturer or the technical datasheet provided by the seller.

It is suitable for cans made of metal (aluminum/steel) and compatible with products packaged with plastic or paper elements. Typical applications include food, beverages, medicines, chemicals and cosmetics.

The design is user-friendly and compact. An operator can be trained quickly to perform loading, cycle start and basic adjustments. Training is recommended for optimal performance and safety.

Standard safety practices include an emergency stop, proper grounding and using guards around moving parts. Operators should disconnect power before maintenance, avoid loose clothing, and follow the supplier's safety instructions and local regulations.

Regular cleaning with food-safe detergents, removing residue from seaming rollers, inspecting and lubricating moving parts, and checking belts/fasteners are recommended. Always power off and isolate the machine before maintenance. Follow the maintenance schedule in the user manual.

Common fixes include checking can alignment and height, inspecting and cleaning seaming rollers, adjusting seamer settings and pressure, verifying tooling condition, and confirming consistent can wall thickness. If issues persist, contact technical support with photos and sample cans.

Yes. Different seaming rollers, chucks and tooling are typically available to accommodate various can diameters and heights. Contact the supplier to order the correct changeover parts for your can specifications.

It is a semi-automatic unit designed primarily for tabletop or stand-alone use. Integration into a larger line is possible with conveyors and operator stations, but consult the manufacturer to plan mechanical and control interfaces.

For spare parts, service, warranty terms and lead times contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor (brand: Megaplant). They can provide part numbers, service contracts and local support options.

Contact the vendor or Megaplant with details including the can types (diameter, height, material), expected production rate, application (food/beverage/chemicals), and your power supply. Request a product demo or sample sealing trial if available.
