Semi Automatic Tube Sealing Machine for Plastic Tubes

The model is HX-007. It's a semi-automatic ultrasonic tube sealing machine designed to seal soft plastic tubes used for toothpaste, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and industrial products.

The machine supports AC 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz and features a high-quality ultrasonic power supply rated at 2600W with a 20 kHz operating frequency.

It accepts tube lengths from 70–210 mm and tube diameters from 13–50 mm. Adjustable fixtures allow reliable sealing across this range.

The frame and key parts are built from aluminum alloy and stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance and suitability for production environments.

Ultrasonic sealing works best with thermoplastic materials such as PE, PP and some PVC and laminated plastic tubes. Compatibility with multilayer or foil-laminated tubes may require testing or parameter adjustments.

This is a semi-automatic machine: operators manually load and position the tube, then the machine performs ultrasonic sealing and automatic cutting.

Built-in protections include overload protection, phase-difference protection and power-fail protection. Standard electrical safety and grounding practices should also be followed during installation and use.

Packing size is 850 × 600 × 650 mm (0.54 CBM). Net weight is 75 kg and gross weight is 110 kg.

Sealing quality is controlled by adjusting ultrasonic power, duration and horn pressure/position. The machine offers adjustable settings on an easy-to-use platform to optimize seals for different tube materials and wall thicknesses.

Regularly clean the horn and fixture surfaces, check electrical connections, inspect the horn and converter for wear, and keep the machine free of dust and residue. Follow manufacturer-recommended schedules and replace worn consumables promptly.

Common spare parts include the ultrasonic horn (sonotrode), converter/transducer, booster, and fuses. Contact the supplier for recommended consumables and spare-part part numbers.

As a semi-automatic unit it is primarily designed for manual loading, but it can often be adapted or positioned alongside conveyors or upstream automation. For full line integration consult the manufacturer to evaluate mechanical and control interface options.

Throughput depends on operator speed, tube size and seal parameters. Typical semi-automatic ultrasonic tube sealers achieve dozens of tubes per minute; exact rates should be confirmed with trial runs using your specific tubes and operator workflow.

Factory-direct units typically include installation guidance and basic operator training; after-sales support, warranty terms and on-site service options vary by supplier—contact the manufacturer or vendor for specific details.

Run a sample test using your tube material, wall thickness and filled product. Adjust ultrasonic power, duration and horn pressure to obtain a hermetic seal without overheating contents. The supplier can often assist with parameter recommendations or test sealing samples.
