Semi Automatic Plastic Bag Making Machine

It is a machine designed to produce high-quality plastic bags (commonly fruit bags, shopping bags and custom-sized bags) using automated heat-cutting and forming processes. It is intended for small to medium production lines that need reliable, efficient bag manufacturing.

Primarily fruit bags and retail shopping bags, and it can be configured to produce various custom-sized plastic bags for food service, retail packaging, promotions and similar applications.

Capacity ranges from about 40 to 240 pieces per minute depending on bag size, material and configuration. The maximum rated speed is up to 240 pcs/min (typical configuration speeds listed include 180 and 200 pcs/min).

The machine requires a 380V supply and consumes approximately 3.5 kW total power. Confirm whether your facility provides three-phase 380V and any local wiring requirements with the supplier or installer.

Overall machine dimensions are approximately 3.5 m (L) × 1.1 m (W) × 1.6 m (H). Allow extra clearance for material loading, operator access and maintenance.

The machine is built for common plastic films (e.g., PE/LDPE/HDPE). Supported film types and thickness ranges depend on tooling and configuration—please provide your film type and thickness when requesting a quote so the supplier can confirm compatibility.

It is a semi-automatic machine: key functions such as feeding, heat cutting and forming are automated, but certain steps (e.g., material loading, bag removal or adjustments) may require operator intervention depending on configuration.

The machine uses heat cutting technology for precise sealing and cutting of bag edges, delivering clean cuts suitable for fruit and retail bag applications.

Key components include the motor, gears and bearings. Routine maintenance includes regular lubrication of moving parts, inspection and replacement of heat-seal blades or elements, checking gear and belt condition, and periodic bearing inspection. Follow the supplier’s maintenance schedule.

Yes — engineers are available to service machinery overseas. Confirm the scope (installation, commissioning, operator training, service visits) and any travel or service charges when ordering.

Common spare parts include heat-seal blades/elements, belts, bearings, drive gears and electrical components. Availability varies by supplier—ask for a spare-parts list and lead times when placing your order.

Use provided guarding around cutting and moving parts, ensure emergency stop is functional, and follow electrical safety procedures for 380V equipment. Operators should be trained and wear appropriate PPE when working near the heat-cutting area.

Yes — many configurations and options (different bag widths/lengths, perforation, micro-hole ventilation, and integration with printing units) can be offered. Provide your desired bag dimensions and features to get a tailored configuration and quote.

The machine is described as easy to operate with user-friendly controls. Supplier engineers typically provide training during commissioning; operator skill levels required are basic-to-moderate depending on the level of automation and customization.

Contact the supplier with your desired bag dimensions, film type/thickness, required production speed and local power supply details. Request the comprehensive machinery test report and any available performance data, warranty terms and lead times.
