Semi Automatic Manual Flaps Fold Top and Bottom Drive Belt Adhesive Tape Case Box Carton Sealer Sealing Machines

It means the operator manually folds the carton flaps (top and/or bottom) into position, and the machine then automatically feeds the carton on driven belts and applies adhesive tape to seal the top and bottom. The machine automates the sealing step while flap folding remains manual.

The machine is compatible with a wide range of standard carton sizes used in apparel, food, beverage, hardware and similar industries. Exact minimum and maximum length/width/height ranges depend on model setup — please provide your carton dimensions to the supplier so they can confirm compatibility or adjust settings.

The sealer is designed for standard pressure-sensitive adhesive packing tape (commonly used packing tape). It typically accepts the common tape cores and widths used in industry; confirm with the supplier for supported tape widths (for example 48 mm or 75 mm) and core sizes.

Throughput depends on carton size, operator speed (because flap folding is manual), and tape changeovers. The machine is marketed for high productivity; for an accurate expected throughput for your cartons, request test-run data or a machinery test report from the supplier.

The machine is electrically driven and is available for 110 V and 220–240 V supply configurations. Confirm required voltage, phase and frequency (50/60 Hz) with your supplier to match local electrical supply.

Machine overall dimensions are 1830 mm (L) × 800 mm (W) × 1330 mm (H). Single package size is listed as 183 × 80 × 133 cm and the single gross weight is 68.0 kg.

Online support is provided as part of the service. Many suppliers also offer commissioning assistance, operator training, or onsite support as an add-on — check with the seller for available installation and training options and any associated fees.

Basic maintenance includes: keeping tape heads and rollers clean, checking and adjusting belt tension, lubricating moving parts per the manual, inspecting the tape dispenser/blade for wear, and replacing worn belts or rollers. Follow the supplier’s maintenance schedule and safety procedures to ensure reliable operation.

Yes. Consumables and wear parts typically include adhesive tape rolls, belts, blades, rollers and bearings. Contact the supplier to order genuine spare parts and to learn recommended stocking levels for your production volume.

The machine is designed for safe industrial use; common safety features include emergency stop controls and guarded moving parts. Operators should be trained, follow lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance, and avoid placing hands near the tape head or belts while running.

Yes. The machine is configured to apply adhesive tape to both top and bottom flaps after the operator folds them into position, providing a complete top-and-bottom seal.

Typical applications include apparel packaging, beverage carton sealing, chemical product packaging, commodity/box sealing, food product packaging, machinery and hardware packaging, and textiles. It is intended for businesses that need a reliable semi-automatic sealing solution for paper/carton packaging.

General steps: stop the machine and engage safety/lockout; release tape tension; remove the spent roll from the dispenser core; mount the new roll on the core; thread the tape through the tape head and cutting blade path per the operator manual; re-tension the tape; do a test seal and adjust tension as needed. Always follow the specific instructions in the supplied manual.

A machinery test report is provided with the unit. Warranty coverage varies by supplier — ask the seller for details on warranty period, what is covered, and available service contracts or extended support options.

Contact the supplier or sales representative with your required voltage, carton sizes, expected throughput and destination for shipping. Lead times and shipping costs depend on order volume, customization, and destination; the supplier can provide a formal quotation, lead time estimate and shipping options.
