Semi Automatic Biodegradable Plastic Poly Shopping Bag Making Machine

This is a semi-automatic machine for producing biodegradable plastic shopping bags and garbage/waste bags suitable for retail, grocery stores, and other eco-friendly packaging needs.

Key specs include 220V supply, weight 1500 kg, dimensions 4.8m x 1.4m x 1.9m, supported bag length up to 1500 mm, bag width configurations of 700 (×2) and 300 (×4), and a Delta inverter from Taiwan.

It is designed to run common biodegradable films such as PBAT, PLA and starch-based blends. Compatibility may vary by formulation and film thickness — please confirm with the supplier for your specific material.

The machine is semi-automatic, meaning some operator actions (loading film rolls, occasional adjustments, and bag collection) are required while core cutting, sealing and folding functions are automated.

Production depends on film thickness, bag dimensions, lane configuration and operator setup. Please provide your target bag size and material to the supplier for an accurate output estimate.

Yes — the specification lists lane configurations such as 700mm (2 lanes) and 300mm (4 lanes), enabling simultaneous production of multiple smaller bags per cycle. Confirm the exact lane setup when ordering.

The machine requires a 220V supply. Confirm whether single-phase or three-phase power is needed and local electrical compatibility with the manufacturer before installation.

A comprehensive machinery test report is provided. Warranty length and after-sales service (installation, spare parts, field service, training) vary by supplier — request the specific warranty and service terms from the seller.

Standard semi-automatic machine safety typically includes emergency stop(s), protective guards and interlocks. Exact safety equipment varies by model — confirm the detailed safety features with the manufacturer before purchase.

Many suppliers offer installation, commissioning and operator training (either on-site or remote). Verify the availability and whether these services are included or charged separately.

Routine maintenance includes regular cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, checking and tightening of mechanical connections, inspection of sealing knives and electrical connections, and scheduled replacement of wear parts. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance manual for intervals.

Spare parts and consumables (sealing blades, belts, sensors, inverter components) are typically available from the manufacturer or authorized distributors. Ask about lead times and recommended spare parts to stock.

The machine can often run pre-printed film and produce custom bag lengths and perforations, but pre-printed alignment and artwork requirements may require setup. Confirm print registration and customization capabilities with the supplier.

A comprehensive machinery test report is provided. For regulatory or export needs (CE, ISO, etc.), request specific certification documents from the manufacturer.

Contact the supplier or dealer with your required bag sizes, material type, desired daily output and any customization needs. They will provide pricing, lead time, optional features and shipping/installation terms.
