Sealing Machine for Biomass Pellet Packaging and Animal Feed Food Pellets Packing

It is an automatic electric heat-sealing machine designed to seal plastic bags containing biomass pellets, animal feed pellets and various food and beverage products — ideal for small to medium production lines.

The machine uses heat sealing to create airtight seals on plastic bags.

It is intended for plastic packaging materials. For specific film types or multilayer laminates, test a sample or consult the supplier.

Rated capacity is 15–30 pieces per minute, depending on bag size, fill level and operator settings.

The machine is electric and supplied for 220V (220V/50–60Hz). Confirm local electrical compatibility or request a version for other voltages from the supplier.

Overall dimensions are 850 × 420 × 360 mm and it weighs approximately 25 kg.

It is described as automatic, with user-friendly controls to streamline sealing operations; however feeding rate can depend on how bags are loaded.

The specification lists 'bags' generally but does not give exact size/thickness limits — for reliable results test your specific bag dimensions and film thickness or ask the manufacturer for recommended ranges.

Yes — it is suitable for small to medium production lines. Integration details (conveyors, infeed/outfeed heights and synchronization) should be discussed with the supplier.

Regular maintenance typically includes cleaning sealing bars, checking and replacing worn heating elements or Teflon tapes, lubricating moving parts as instructed in the manual, and checking electrical connections.

Common consumables such as heating elements, sealing strips/Teflon tape and electrical components are normally available — contact the supplier or authorized dealer for part numbers and lead times.

The machine is specified for food and beverage applications. For regulatory compliance (food-contact surface materials, cleaning/validation), confirm certifications and cleaning procedures with the manufacturer.

Follow the user manual: keep hands clear of the sealing area during operation, allow heating elements to cool before maintenance, use proper grounding for electrical safety, and ensure operators are trained on emergency stops and safe operation.

The machine is described as easy to operate. Many suppliers offer installation guidance, manuals and optional training — confirm with your vendor what support is included or available.

Warranty and after-sales support vary by seller. Contact the vendor or YONGLI representative for specific warranty terms, service options and local technical support.
