Scrap Metal Crushers Recycling Machine Metal Shredder Machine

It can process stainless steel, brass, copper, alloy, carbon steel and aluminum. For unusual or mixed materials, consult the supplier for best configuration.

The capacity ranges from 800 to 5000 kg/h depending on material type, feed size, and selected model/configuration.

Standard power is 37 kW and the listed voltage is 380V/50Hz. Other voltages or power configurations may be available on request.

This is a hammer shredder that reduces scrap into metal granules. Final granule size depends on rotor, hammer/screen configuration and can be customized.

The machine operates automatically and is equipped with PLC control for automated operation and process monitoring.

The machine weighs approximately 4200 kg. Exact footprint and dimensional drawings are available from the supplier to plan installation.

Maximum feed size depends on the specific model and feed system. The machine handles large pieces, but for very large items pre-cutting or pre-shearing may be recommended—check with the supplier for limits.

Regular maintenance includes inspection and replacement of wear parts (hammers, screens), lubrication of bearings and gearbox, checking motor and electrical connections, and PLC/software updates. Follow the supplier's maintenance schedule.

Typical safety features include PLC-controlled interlocks, emergency stop, locked access covers, overload protection and safety guards. Specific safety options can be added per regulations.

Shredding operations produce noise and dust. Noise reduction enclosures, acoustic treatments and dust collection systems (cyclones, bag filters) are recommended and can be supplied as options.

Suppliers commonly offer on-site installation, foundation requirements, electrical hook-up guidance, commissioning and operator training. Confirm the exact scope with the vendor.

Yes—wear parts such as hammers, screens, bearings and belts are typically stocked. It's advisable to maintain an inventory of common wear items to reduce downtime.

Yes. Color can be provided per customer requirement, and the machine can be customized for capacity, feed system, screen sizes, electrical specifications and auxiliary equipment.

Common downstream items include magnetic separators for ferrous removal, eddy current separators for non-ferrous sorting, trommels/screens for sizing and conveyors for material handling.

Warranty periods and certifications (CE, ISO, etc.) vary by manufacturer. Ask the supplier for specific warranty terms, certification documentation and compliance with local regulations.
